This process helps guarantee that every load is handled with the highest level of care and professionalism by qualified drivers.

Do you deliver to plants and distribution centers?
Yes. Site-direct chemical freight delivery is what most of our manufacturer and distributor customers rely on. We handle dock-direct delivery into chemical manufacturing plants, plant to distribution center moves for staged inventory, and warehouse-to-receiver moves for cross-docked loads. Live tracking is available on every chemical shipment, and our 24/7 in-house track and-trace team can pull updated POD and ETA after business hours.
How do you handle delays in transit?
You hear from us before you have to ask. Our track-and-trace team monitors every chemical load 24/7 and notifies your team the moment a delay is identified, whether it's a tire blowout, weather, a permit issue, or a driver hours-of-service constraint. You can adjust on your end: redeploy plant staging, push back a receiver window, or get ahead of the conversation with your customer. Our entire chemical logistics service model is built around making sure a late truck doesn't turn into a missed production cycle or a compliance event.
Can you transport Class 3, 8, and 9 hazmat freight?
Yes, and it's one of the most common move types we run for chemical shippers. Class 3 flammable liquids (solvents, fuels, alcohols), Class 8 corrosives (acids, bases, caustic chemicals), and Class 9 environmentally hazardous materials make up the majority of the hazmat work on our chemical book. We also handle non-regulated chemical freight, food-grade chemical transport, and temperature-controlled chemical shipments. Each load is matched to a driver with the appropriate hazmat endorsement on their CDL and a carrier vetted through Highway before dispatch.
Do you scale with high-volume chemical shippers?
Yes. If you're running hundreds of chemical loads a month across multiple lanes, consistency matters more than any single load. We standardize service across your recurring chemical lanes, maintain the same vetted hazmat- and tanker-endorsed carrier base across your shipping pattern, and flex capacity as your production cycles change through the year. You get one chemical freight partner, one tracking dashboard, and consistent service across every plant, every receiver, every season.
What equipment is used for chemical freight?
For chemical logistics, we run dry van (food-grade and standard), refrigerated, DOT-407 and DOT412 tankers, food-grade washout-certified tankers, sprinter and box truck for smaller drum and tote loads, drayage for intermodal connections, and specialty configurations on request. Our chemical-specific carrier base is deep, and we've handled enough chemical freight situations to know what to do with yours.
Do you serve distributors and specialty companies?
Yes, and it's one of our strongest chemical niches. If you're a chemical distributor shipping bulk and packaged chemicals into manufacturers, blenders, and end-users across the country, or a specialty chemical company moving smaller, higher-margin loads to a tighter customer base, we work with you the way you need to work. Our service tiers flex to the move: site-direct for time-sensitive raw materials, distribution-center delivery for staged inventory, and full carrier consistency across recurring lanes. One chemical freight partner, multiple downstream customers, a logistics decision-maker on your side who actually knows hazmat compliance.
How do you handle incident response?
Chemtrec readiness is part of how we dispatch every chemical load. The Chemtrec number on your BOL is verified before pickup, our dispatch team is trained on Chemtrec escalation procedures, and we coordinate third-party inspection and disposal in the event of a spill or incident in transit. SDS information is collected as part of the BOL handoff and used to route loads to appropriately endorsed drivers. We don't dispatch chemical freight without complete SDS and UNnumber documentation, and we'll flag any gaps before pickup rather than at the shipper.
Can Circle run freight across multiple lanes?
Yes, and for chemical manufacturers and distributors running multi-site programs, it's where the value compounds. Instead of chasing tracking from a dozen carriers across multiple plants and receivers, your team gets one point of contact, one tracking dashboard, and one chemical freight partner coordinating delivery to your production schedule. We hold consistent service standards across every region you ship in, and we flex capacity as your production ramps and slows through the year. One logistics partner. Every plant. Every season.
